2016
April–June
Moneyswapp.com is created as a small project and the first online exchange service in the Canton of Ticino. In the first week of activity, 12 cross-border customers are acquired.
July–September
As the number of customers grows, the old email-based system is replaced with a structured IT system.
October–December
Milestone of 1,000 active customers reached.
2017
January–March
Start of the collaboration with PostFinance.
April–June
Release of the “Rate Alert” feature. Customers are notified of highs and lows in the EURCHF exchange rate.
July–September
Milestone of 5,000 active customers reached.
2018
January–March
Adoption of an automated system for transaction monitoring and payment execution.
April–June
Launch of the new customer portal and new corporate image.
July–September
Start of collaboration with foreign liquidity providers able to offer liquidity and speed on the EURCHF exchange.
2019

Moneyswapp.com opens to corporate clients. Companies can now benefit from the advantageous exchange rate offered by the company.
2020
April–June
The “Currency Watch” format by cambiavalute.ch is created. It is an online seminar (webinar) open to everyone. Once a month, in 15 minutes, we analyse the EURCHF market and the Swiss–EU macroeconomic situation to try to forecast the exchange rate trend.
2021
January–March
Start of the collaboration with Raiffeisen Bank.

Renovation of the restricted user area and full digitalisation of the receipts for each exchange transaction.

Release of the “Exchange on Receipt” feature.
2022
April–June
Launch of the moneyswapp.com brand.

The USD currency is added. It is now possible to exchange CHFUSD and EURUSD online with cambiavalute.ch.
July–September
Milestone of 10,000 active customers reached.
2023

The team reaches 10 active collaborators at the cambiavalute.ch office in Chiasso.

The cambiavalute.ch research office is created.
April–June
Launch of the changenligne.ch brand and opening of the Geneva office.

Adoption of FINMA Circular 2016/7 for signing the documents required to activate the exchange service for amounts above 5,000 or equivalent per single or related transaction.
