Customer security is our top priority. moneyswapp.com does not make payments to third parties. Therefore, the funds you send for exchange can only and exclusively be transferred to another account registered in your name. Furthermore, we follow best cybersecurity practices to protect your funds and data.
Is the applied exchange rate guaranteed?
The exchange rate you lock in when placing a currency exchange request is guaranteed until 7:00 PM (19:00) on the business day following your request. Once this period expires, the rate offered at the time your funds are received will be applied.
We recommend sending the money to be exchanged immediately after placing your request.
