VIDEO IDENTIFICATION
To exchange more than 5,000 CHF in a month or more than 60,000 CHF in a year, it is necessary to identify yourself through the so called video-identification or Video ID.

Video identification is also required to activate the "Recurring Exchange" service.
Video identification is free of charge and takes about 5 minutes.
Remember that during the video ID you will be asked to show your national ID card or passport. Bring them with you.
Legal basis: Video identification is carried out in accordance with FINMA Circular 2016/7 and the regulations of the OAD PolyReg.
Alternatively, you can:
- Get identified at La Posta, through the "Yellow Identification" service. Authenticated copy of the identity document at the branch (Cost 25 CHF). More info here: https://www.post.ch/en/locations/certification-of-id
- Schedule an appointment at one of our offices to get identified in person. The appointment is mandatory and must be agreed in advance by contacting us.
