MoneySwapp.com is an online-only currency exchange service conducted via bank transfer. Cash exchanges are not available.
It is not possible to send money to third parties or pay bills through MoneySwapp.com.
MoneySwapp.com is committed to completing currency exchange transactions within 2 business days. If the funds to be exchanged are received in the service provider’s account after 6:00 PM, the transaction will be processed on the next business day. Only in exceptional cases may it take up to 4 business days for the exchanged funds to be credited.
The exchange rate set in the requests is valid only until 7:00 PM on the next business day following the request. After this deadline, the rate applied will be the one available at the time the funds are received.
Manual modifications to an exchange request will incur a fee of CHF 20.-.
The free CHF IBAN service by Moneyswapp.com allows you to receive your salary in Swiss francs without having a Swiss bank account. The IBAN is personal, begins with the prefix “CH”, and can be customized. All funds received in CHF are automatically converted into euros and transferred to your linked EUR account. The service is aimed at cross-border workers who receive their salary in Swiss francs and does not allow payments, withdrawals, or transfers in CHF. There are no opening fees, management costs, or hidden charges. The service is provided in collaboration with YAPEAL AG, a Swiss fintech company regulated by FINMA under the Federal Banking Act (Art. 1b).
